The combi-gas boiler has been changed and is now 3 years old, and served every year. We have also changed all doors with firedoors with locks, installed a sophisticaed fire-alarm for 3 storey building, and have a EICR electricity certificate, as we renovated most of the electricity in the house. We also have a fire saftey certificate every year to comply with all short-term rental activity laws and beyond.
This house is used 25% privately for my family as a beach-house and 50% as a successful airbnb property (please go on that booking website to see more pictures and reviews), and 25% empty as we are not maximising airbnb activity as we don't have time. It is well looked after every week by a team of 2 people and you will see when you do a visit. There is no work required and you can just move in or continue the airbnb activity quite popular near the Bournemouth beach and potential to significantly scale if managed full time. Available with NO-CHAIN (airbnb calendar is only open 1 month to allow a buyer to move in after the acquisition process).
Lounge/Dining Room
The lounge/dining room runs the length of the property with lots of natural light coming in at both ends. It is a very spacious room could easily be separated if desired.
