On the northern slopes of Loulé, we find this pleasant 2-story house with a basement facing south, offering views over the city with the sea in the background.
On the ground floor, we have a large living and dining room with its kitchen and a suite, and we also have a guest toilet.
Going up to the first floor, we find two suites with their balconies also facing south, offering superb views over the city of Loulé and the sea in the background.
From the living area, we can access the exterior and the summer terrace where we have a barbecue area and a view of the heated pool located one level below.
In the basement, we have a laundry room and space for 2 cars. The large plot of almost 4000 m2 allows for the privacy and tranquility desired in this area and the possibility to create other leisure and relaxation spaces.
Close to all the amenities that the city of Loulé has to offer, from local shops to large stores and even its famous Municipal Market.
Its location allows for total tranquility of a rural area but only a few minutes from the city center. The paved road greatly facilitates access to the main routes of the Algarve, where you can, for example, reach Faro International Airport in about 20 minutes.
The heated pool and underfloor heating, combined with air conditioning and a fireplace, provide comfort all year round.
