130 m2, terraced single-level home in Chersonisos, Crete

This modern architecture 130 m2 house, with its veranda leading to its own stupendous swimming pool, part of being part of the stunning mediterranean modern architecture is one of three similar homes of a small purpose-built terrace. Each identical property of 130 m2 each (all in one level), offers also a 15 m2 veranda, leading to the same size private swimming pool, which with a glass parapet on one side, is affording marvellous uninterrupted views of the countryside bellow, from the living room as well as from both the veranda and the swimming pool, while swimming in it. The swimming pools are all equipped with independent pumping and controlling installations.

I very clever characteristic is that the veranda offers a recess of substantial width, where a large dining table can be placed and which can be closed and separated from the swimming pool veranda, becoming part of the living room itself. The veranda itself has of course  the size, which could accommodate either sunbathing beds or the large dining table,
