210 m2 detached house at Heraklion's Knossos suburb, Crete

A 210 m2, detached modern and modern architecture house at Agios Ioannis (Saint John) neighbourhood, in the Heraklion suburb of Knossos, where the Minoan Palace, discovered by Prof. Evans, stands. The house has been designed as a modern conveniences' town house albeit close to the countryside, with easy access to the sea front and the beaches.

The first floor, all in polished wood flooring is given to a convenient office / work space and three good size bedrooms, the family bathroom, with double sinks, modern bathtub and toilet, while the room presently dedicated as an office space, could be turned into an extra shower bathroom serving the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have ample recessed wardrobes and good size verandas with views.  

There is a substantial street-level own parking space, with access both to the ground floor and the lower ground floor, where is the garden, which could be much improved, easily.
