This property underwent a complete restoration in 2002, which focused on renovating the facade of the property as well as improving the energy efficiency of the whole property. There are 3 beautiful historic towns within 15 mins drive, and the highway which connects Florence with Siena is also very close meaning both cities can be reached in under an hour. The property for sale is located in the 'comune' of Montespertoli in the province of Florence. The closest towns are Tavernelle Val di Pesa, San Casciano Val di Pesa and Montespertoli. All three towns are picturesque and considered places to visit by the tourists. Each town has a pedestrianised 'centro storico' which offer restaurants, trattoria and various stores belonging to local artisans.
