A beautiful Italian farmhouse, in a great location nestled in the rolling hills of Macerata and overlooking the Sibillini Mountains, in a panoramic position, 400 metres above sea level.

This typical mid-nineteenth century property has been sympathetically renovated using only natural materials, green building techniques and bio-ecological architecture, to completely enhance all aspects of health and wellbeing.

Particular attention was given to the quality of the planting, the use of renewable sources, saving energy and resources to properly manage waste and using environmentally friendly products.

The thorough and thoughtful renovations have maintained the historical and geographical characteristics of the farmhouse, to fully exploit its position in the landscape.

All the accommodation is light and airy, overlooking the surrounding countryside with views of the Sibillini Mountains, of the gardens and the village church and equipped with TV, telephone, central heating. Warm and welcoming with terracotta floors, ceilings with wooden beams and traditionally furnished.

There are 5 bedrooms on the first and second floor, with bathroom and independent access for single, double or triple use.

There are also 5 apartments which are composed of two rooms (bedroom, kitchen with kitchenette and sofa bed), bathroom and balcony or porch for exclusive use on the ground floor, first and second. They can accommodate from two to nine people and one is suitable for the disabled.

The whole property can sleep up to 33 people.

A common room is arranged with a reading corner, internet connection, mini bar and laundry. On site there is a restaurant and buffet, and it is located near a supermarket.

The farm also comes with a swimming pool, bicycles, children's playground, bowling green, mini-basketball, table tennis and barbecue; and currently runs recreational and cultural activities, cooking classes in the old bread oven in the house, craft ceramics and painting, as well as guided tours.

The farm is set in an area of 11 hectares cultivated with cereals, vineyards, olive groves and woodland; and currently creates wine, olive oil, jams, meats and the hotel currently runs demonstrations showing and rediscovering a full range of artisan skills products.

Nearby pursuits include tennis and swimming, fishing and water sports, archery and more.

In this area there are numerous trails, on foot or by bicycle, in the National Park of Monti Sibillini, in addition to riding, racecourse, golf courses and. Also within easy reach of the Adriatic Sea and the ski slopes of the Apennines.

Tolentino is a well-known for many things: the spa (Spa Saint Lucia), the religious (the Shrine of St. Nicholas Abbey Fiastra), historical (Archaeological Museum, Napoleonic and Rancia Castle), culture (International Museum of Caricature).

The town is in the centre to the province of Macerata and the Marche region, as well as various stage shows and naturalistic circuits (Grande Anello dei Sibillini, Frasassi), historical (815-History Lands, Urbs Salvia), sports tours (AgriBiciTour ), religious (Romanesque abbeys), music (Macerata Opera Festival and Musicultura) and wine (Verdicchio and Vernaccia di Serrapetrona Matelica).
