There is a second shaded lounge area below the house and a third attached to the guest house.

The large swimming pool is set on a paved terrace with a changing room and a shower room, with plenty of artificial shade and very high quality garden furniture. There is even a competition size astro-turf tennis court set in this stunning garden.

A short walk down the hill and below main house, is the caretakers private residence with its own independent drive ensuring total privacy to the guests. The couple are currently there on a full time basis to maintain the extensive grounds, swimming pool, tennis court and general upkeep of this truly wonderful home. Daily cleaning included.

Assistance is provided locally by the property's very helpful caretakers, who live in a separate house on the estate with separate entrance and garden; who speak little English and Spanish fluently.

Perched predominantly within its grounds enjoying views on one side of Sinalunga, 3km/2 miles, with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants along with a weekly market. The nearest restaurant is a mere 2km/1 mile away. Views stretch over the Val di Chiana with Montepulciano, a mere 25 minute drive to the south, a picture perfect hill town, and just beyond is Chianciano Terme with its thermal baths. Siena can be reached in about 45 minutes whilst Florence in just over 1 hour.
