On the western peripheries of Mynydd Isa, standing back from the Mold Road, sits a house that I have passed a million times, ok maybe not that much but it's definitely a lot, and I've always wondered what they must look like inside.....and this was definitely worth the wait!!!

This is a stunning four / five bedroom versatile family home that is in stunning condition throughout, fitted with quality carpets in the past nine months, a fabulous kitchen with spacious dining area that opens into a fabulous Sunroom, so if entertaining is your thing, then start ticking those boxes. It has wrap around gardens, a beautiful balcony offering far reaching views, off road parking and a detached double garage.

From the main road, it's masked by a high evergreen hedge and the only thing to really see of the house from the main road is the white board cladding on the upper floor and the glass balcony.

It's only when you step inside that you get to see what a gem of a house this is. Beautifully modern and lavishly decorated in high end furnishings, it's a perfect family home that is ideally situated for someone to move straight into and get cozy.

As you approach, the break in the high border hedge opens onto a wide driveway paved with sand coloured bricks.

Center of the front wall, the white door with frosted stained glass panelling leads into a bright hallway. Sandstone tiling and soft off-white walls give a snug and ideal space for popping your shoes down when it's wet and rainy outside!

To the left is a stark white study, with quality wood effect flooring and a large wall width built in wardrobe, it's an perfect space for those who work from home but need a nice office away from all the distractions of being at home. A wide window at the front of the room diffuses light throughout, without it being too overbearing.

To the right of the front door, the hallway leads round to the left, leading to the rest of the house. Just through the door into the central hall is a sliding door, where a downstairs toilet sits neatly tucked away.

This very handy cloakroom is partially tiled up to chest height and so easy to maintain. It's a perfect use of the space and provides all of the usual suspects that you'd expect to find in here, and good quality ones too!

Next along the hallway on the right is the fabulous lounge. Double oak doors lead into the spacious, softly decorated and airy room that has the new plush carpet underfoot and is lit from the front by a wide window and to the rear by a sliding door. To the outer wall is a delightful remote gas fire that ties the room together and makes it a truly snug and cozy place to relax in, especially with the flicker of the flames on a cold winters night!

This lounge was originally two rooms, so if you were to add a partition wall you could create another office space or a snug without sacrificing too much of the larger lounge space.

Next room along the hallway, past the stairs on our journey is the Kitchen, and this is the kitchen of all kitchens, it's simply divine!

With a mixture of light and dark floor tiles all in different sizes, you first have a space that can house a six seat dining table and chairs comfortably with an opening into a sunroom. This space was designed for entertaining, how you fill it will be your choice, but it's nice to have that choice, rather than it being made for you. The sunroom currently has some sofas in there, with windows all around for light and so that you can admire the gardens.

Moving back into the kitchen, you can tell that this must be what the owners do for a living, I think even Gordon Ramsey would be envious of this space. If I were a betting man, I'd wager that this will be the all year round room that you socialise in, the lounge may come into play when it's dark, wet and cold outside and you just want to hibernate. It's bright and offers everything that you'd want in a kitchen.....designed for a professional by a professional.

Heading up the beautiful turned staircase with the solid oak banister we end up on what is not your typical landing. It's kept nice and bright thanks to the window at one end and the door leading to the balcony.

This door is like a stable door allowing ample light and fresh air in, and as you step outside, on a good day, you could be on holiday just sitting and watching the world go by with a Pina Colada in your hand, admiring your far reaching views from this fabulous vantage point.

The gardens are quite deceiving becuase they wrap around the home, creating some patio areas, some fake grass areas and some proper suntrap hideaways. Sheds are dotted around (not sure if they are included) but also a double garage can be found in the far corner, with its electric up and over door for ease and security. Cut the hedges back and even more space can be created. Over all, what a place!
