This home was built as part of the lovely Fairclough Homes development in 1995 and as such enjoys an excellent position within Hartford village. There is easy access to Hartford¿s train station, pubs, village shops, highly regarded local schools and great commuter routes, as well as the further amenities Hartford has on offer.

The home itself has been very well cared for and thanks to continued efforts of the current owner is in excellent order throughout, with the lovely presentation meaning the home can be enjoyed by the new owners straight away.
