Not just that, there are also the Tunbridge Wells Commons, just as beautiful for local walks, and even more to explore.

High quality schools, both public and private, abound in Royal Tunbridge Wells, (- the house is in the catchment area and within walking distance for both girls' and boys' grammar schools), the GP Surgery has quick response times and the hospital is rated one of the best in the country.
