Description

Well, this is bound to set pulses racing. It certainly did mine! These are some of the words that sprang to mind at my first visit: beautifully presented... stylish... attractive... impressive... tasteful; and that's just the owners...No...seriously...this really is a gem of a house that just keeps on shining. This is one of my favorite styles of property... A classic, pre-war, bay windowed semi-detached house with an arched entranceway. Mm, mmm, mmmm. LOVELY. The house has sizeable split-level family accommodation over 3 floors. The owners have very cleverly converted the lower ground floor which now delivers a 7.21 x 5.92m open plan Kitchen diner, which has full height windows for maximum light and contemporary sliding doors that give access straight onto the private, enclosed back garden, which enjoys uninterrupted views over allotments and tree-lined vistas beyond.

So...let's take you on a quick guided tour, shall we? We start at the front door and enter straight into a 4m long entrance hall which has a picture window at the far end which delivers, probably, some of the best views in Chapel Allerton (check out the photos). Turning to your right, will take you into what was the living room and separate dining room. These are now inter-connected to form a great family room...I just love the bay window, the multi-fuel stove inset to the chimney breast, and the fabulous views over the back garden and allotments. Privacy is assured as these rooms are elevated from ground level at the rear. At the far end of the hallway, there is a rather swish shower room/cloakroom. A lovely staircase will take you down to the lower ground floor of the house, but please prepare yourself for what is to come...A fabulous 7.21 m x 5.92 open-plan kitchen diner oozing with WOW FACTOR. It is obvious that a lot of thought and planning has gone into creating a relaxing and calming family space combined with large picture windows and contemporary sliding doors that give access straight onto the back garden. With no houses opposite and backing onto allotments, privacy is afforded. This is a fantastic arrangement for those who enjoy entertaining with family and friends, both inside and out. On this floor there is also a utility room and larder storage...very useful. Now..if you can prise yourself away from this room, we have the rest of the house to show you. Back into the entrance hall, where a staircase will whisk you smartly up to the first floor The master bedroom is at the front of the house, with bedrooms 2 & 3 at the back of the house with views that are to die for! Ohh...and a lovely contemporary bathroom finishes off this floor just nicely.

And so to the outside...Situated on a short street and occupying a cul-de-sac position, the house has a wide front garden which provides off-street parking if required. There is access down the left-hand side with steps that lead down to the back garden...ENJOY...SIZE, PRIVACY & VIEWS. WOW, WOW, WOW! THIS TAKES SOME BEATING.

Ahhh... but what about the amenities I hear you ask...loads of them!! All nearby within Chapel Allerton...All sorts, and too many to mention...but do let me know if you think there are any of value that are missing. Don't tell too many people though, because if you do come up with one, you may be onto a winner!

So there you have it: one of Chapel Allerton's hidden gems. Not now that I have told everyone about it!  Where would you find a property like this in the very heart of Chapel Allerton with these fantastic, private views at the rear!? This is a property that should be placed right at the very top of your house-hunting shopping list...so please be quick and book yourself an appointment, and I will see you there at the open viewing.
