A word from the owner...
"We moved into the property in 2015 as a newly married couple and since then have grown a family. The house has been redecorated throughout and now also includes a new 4th bedroom and downstairs toilet. All bathrooms are new and the house now has their original wooden floors brought back to life. We love gardening and spend many hours outside in our South facing garden enjoying the sunshine, letting the kids play in their treehouse. The hot tub is a real treat and is totally secluded. We are 5 mins walk from Towers School which has yet again been rated 'outstanding' and a place our kids love! We are also a few mins walk from the beautiful Hylands Park where both my children learnt to ride their bikes. We are a 5min bike ride / 12min walk to Gidea Park station which connects us into the City in 30mins on the new Elizabeth line. The train runs frequently and on time, and we always get a seat which makes commuting stress free.
We're relocating further out of London and hope the new buyer enjoys our home as much as we have."
