We do the same as all other estate agents, we just do it that much better. How? It's really that easy to be so much better...all backed up by our fantastic Google reviews.

We completely understand just how stressful selling and buying can be as we too have been there in your shoes. Located only a short walk from Buckley Town Centre and a brief drive from the A55 is No.29 Lyme Grove. From the outside it looks just like every other three bedroom semi in that road....but when you step inside, this is where the similarity ends.

Walking up the driveway, there's a section to the left, which offers parking for at least two cars, with an area of grass to the other side, which if required could easily be turned into more parking. A wooden gate runs level with the home and behind is yet parking for a couple more cars, with a detached garage at the far end....so if parking is important, there's your first box to tick off.

Through the front door, we enter into a small, but very useful entrance hallway, with stairs raising to the first floor (obvs). It's the perfect place to leave wet shoes and coats before entering into the living room.

This is your old fashioned living room in so much as, it's got high ceilings and it's much larger than your average modern home. A real flame effect fireplace sits inset where the original open fire would have sat been. A large window offers views over the front aspect and also lets huge amounts of natural light in. Wood effect flooring leads you through into the kitchen / breakfast room.

Again, this is a large room which runs pretty much the full width of the house. With beautiful wood effect tiled floor and stylish wooden kitchen storage units, this kitchen offers so much more. Work surfaces run over three walls of the room, offering ample space for food preparation and also the 21st Century gadgets that we've become so used to today.

There's an integrated dishwasher, voids for a washing machine, cooker and fridge freezer, with enough space for a table and chairs for your guests or family members. If you love cooking and entertaining, this is a great space to do it in. Two windows provide plenty of light in here and a door to the rear garden is almost the last thing to mention.....apart from the very handy toilet which is sectioned off to the far corner of the room.

The boiler is also housed in this cloakroom, keeping it out of sight but within easy reach for its yearly service. A useful frosted window is the final addition in here, again letting light in and keeping prying eyes out!

Moving upstairs, we come to a spacious, bright landing, curtesy of the frosted window at the head of the stairs. Doors open to:

Let's start with the family bathroom, as that is the first door you come across.

Recently finished off to very high standard, with a very stylish P-shaped bath and glass shower splashback attachment. There is also a vanity sink unit that hosts the toilet too, with a lovely heated chrome towel rail to help keep you nice and toasty during the cold months. A frosted window does exactly what it says on the tin.

The main double bedroom sits at the front of the home, offering far reaching views from its elevated position over the street and hills. High ceilings and a fireplace are what lets you know that this is no new build. No, it was built when men wore cloth caps to work and smoked woodbines**, and the houses were built with solid long lasting materials.

** please note we do not believe that houses were built better because people smoked and we stand totally against smoking, so please send complaints somewhere else.

The second bedroom is not much smaller than the first, still well capable of taking a large double bed and the free standing furniture that a bedroom of this nature requires. This room comes with views over the rear garden.

The final room we come to is the smallest third bedroom. It's well laid out currently by the present owners, easily taking a single bed and accommodating a wardrobe and chest of draws. The staircase does eat a little into this room but I have seen rooms, where this box has been built on and used more favourably.....but to be quite honest, this room sits perfectly as it is.

Heading outside and to the rear, we have a decent sized area of fake lawn, so your mowing days are over. There is a patio border that runs pretty much all around it, a slightly raised section to the rear with a large detached garage taking up a good space, with a summer house behind that, and all bordered off with a high fence and part hedge for extra privacy. This is an ideal place to sit, relax and enjoy the sun dor when it comes out all day long.
