The kitchen has the back door leading out onto the rear patio accessing the garden, storeroom and carport.

There are two spacious bedrooms with large picture windows and built-in wardrobes to the front of the property and a third bedroom located to the rear. The family bathroom is fully tiled with an electric shower over the bath. The bedrooms are currently arranged so that the property comfortably sleeps 7.

Puffins is currently run as a holiday let but would also make a delightful main residence.  The property is currently furnished and could be sold as such (subject to negotiation). Holiday bookings run until October half term and these will need to be kept so new owner can take over the bookings or delay completion.
