The property we propose is a charming single house with a cozy and traditional design completely renovated in 2003 and distributed on three floors, with a wonderful garden that surrounds the property, just 5 minutes drive from Salò. Given the large spaces, it is possible to divide the property into two apartments, creating a barrier-free solution on the ground floor.

The ground floor welcomes us:

Salò is nestled in the beautiful setting of Lake Garda, abutting the moraine hills in an area rich in verdant hills, olive groves and vineyards, typical vegetation of the Lake. It overlooks its majestic gulf thus offering a breathtaking panorama. The climate, thanks to the mitigating influence of the lake, is mild and temperate all year round.
