Located in a quiet. secluded cobbled street in Martos, in the Jaén province of Andalucia, Spain and close to shops, public transport and the local health centre. As you enter the property there is a cosy reception area with a sitting area and plenty of room for storage and personalization. Following the entrance hallway to the end, you will find a comfortable living space and an outside / inside patio, that is currently being used as a laundry room. In this space there is also a separate access point to the second floor terrace, in the patio area there is also a generous sized bathroom. Going back to the main hall entrance, half way down the hallway is the staircase leading up to the first floor. Go back to the dining room and heading up to the second floor is one large bedroom that has it own private terrace with lovely views that is similar in size to the one on the first floor.
