Description

Enjoying a south west facing rear garden, having been subject to extensive recent improvement and offered with no chain and a competitive price, an excellent 2000 square feet detached family home

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
Due South was a hit TV show in 1994 that still has enduring appeal, thirty years on. This house has a rear garden that faces due south and will I think also have similar appeal in thirty years time!

This is a really super home, set in a plot of 0.17 acre, absolutely perfect for family life and located in the heart of what is a superb village with extensive amenities, all accessible on foot.
The present owner has renovated the house and made a significant contribution with a superb single storey extension that has transformed the house into an ideal contemporary layout. This links perfectly to the large rear garden which it should also be noted is very private and mature.

There are also four double bedrooms on offer here, served by an en suite and bathroom. The overall décor and condition is very easy on the eye and ready to be moved into.

Priced competitively and offered with no chain, this is well worthy of inspection.
