Description

Offers invited between £825,000 and £875,000.

Located on the first floor of this stunning Victorian stucco fronted terrace building this apartment really has to be seen to be believed.  It has recently been lovingly restored with the help of an interior designer to create a luxurious one bedroom apartment while retaining its original features.

The reception room is fully open plan with a stylish designer kitchen with island and fully integrated top specification appliances and marble tops. It boasts two full height sash windows with original closers which not only flood the room with natural light but also provides access to a private balcony with far reaching views across the square and beyond.  There is a designated dining area with a period chandelier and a lovely lounging area perfect for reading or watching television.

The shower room has been sourced from fired earth and boasts a double shower with luxury fixtures and fittings, marble tiles and bespoke storage solutions.

To the rear of the property is the bedroom overlooking the extensive communal roof gardens.  It comfortably accommodates a king size double bed and has floor to ceiling storage.

Just a few steps from the apartments front door are the French doors to the communal roof gardens.  It’s a vast open space that offers established raised planters with a diverse selection of flora and fauna including palm trees and numerous benches to relax upon and enjoy the space.

Every aspect of this stunning property has been meticulously designed to ensure maximum use to space, natural light and to enhance the considerable period features within the property.  It really has to be seen to be believed.  Call Greater London properties today to view this incredible property.

What the owners say.....

We fell in love with our home the moment we saw the view from the windows. The beautiful large trees that fill the view make us feel as though we are not in the city at all. The bedroom is so lovely and quiet at night, and we love waking up to the birds singing at the back of the property on the roof terrace. Most Saturdays, we enjoy a walk to Westbourne Grove High Street for a coffee and then a drink at one of the amazing pubs nearby in the evening, such as the the Cow or the Westbourne. Having Hyde Park so close is also amazing; we love wandering down to the Italian Gardens in an evening to sit and watch the fountains and people stroll by.

The house has been a really happy home for us over the last few years (as we rented it before we bought it). I think some properties have a positive energy about them and this house definitely has just that! We hope the next owners will enjoy this peaceful home as much as we have.
