There is a master en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, and either a further bathroom with a shower over the bath or an ensuite shower room - depending which style of apartment you choose. All bathrooms and ensuites are fully tiled and have a heated towel rail, and built in storage.



You'll ample storage throughout the apartment including a handy utility cupboard containing the washer-dryer, plenty of kitchen cupboards, a double full height fitted wardrobe in the bedroom with mirrored doors, and even a mirrored cabinet in the bathroom, with a built-in socket for charging your toothbrush or razor.

U&A HISTORY

U&A is a brand new, purpose-designed development which is made up of two separate buildings - Armouries House and Unity House.



There's very little recorded history of what was once on the site, although it's thought to have been linked with the city's arms manufacturing industry, which was concentrated in Digbeth during the 18th century. In the 1900's, Unity House on the west side of Lower Essex Street was home to the 'Imperial Amateur Boxing Club', after which it was operated as the Rose & Crown pub before becoming the regional headquarters for several trade unions. Hence the Name U&A, which is short for Unity & Armouries
