An Indian sandstone path leads to the front door, which opens into a double-height entrance hall. The entrance hall is filled with light from the glazed front doors and further glazed doors at the 1st-floor level. A staircase leads down the middle to the landing.

As you enter, the first door on the right leads to the utility room, which has plenty of space for a separate washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as storage cabinets. There is a stainless-steel sink with a window above, and the ideal gas combi boiler is also in this room.

Next to this is the downstairs cloakroom having a W.C. and wash basin with storage below.

A corridor runs along the back of the house and ground floor level with two sets of windows making it light and bright, there is also a cupboard housing the hot water cylinder and controls for the building.

To the left, there are three double bedrooms, all carpeted with underfloor heating and double-glazed windows to the front. At the end of the hallway is the family bathroom. At the top of the staircase on the landing are 3 glazed doors overlooking the garden.

To the left is the open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen offers a good range of dark grey, shaker wall, and base units topped with a Quartz work surface housing a 4-ring electric hob with integrated extractor fan and underhung sink. Integrated appliances include a fridge/freezer, oven, and microwave. The work surface also creates a breakfast bar along one side.

There is plenty of space for dining and seating. Halfway along the back wall are French doors out to a terrace, which in turn leads down to the garden. The room is filled with natural light from three Velux windows in the roof, a window above the wash basin, French doors to the side, and the doors out to the terrace.

Also on the first floor, to the right of the staircase, is a smaller room, perfect as an office or the largest of the bedrooms. The bedroom is a generous double with a double-glazed window to the front, a walk-through dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom.
