This is a holiday home that you would want to come back to time and again. Set back from the main house the Gite has a lovely courtyard from which your guests can enjoy the wonderful garden views or they can take advantage of the swimming pool area and future outdoor covered kitchen.

Inside the south facing windows the vibe has been kept light and bright with the tiled floors highlighting the warm wood accent feature staircase. On the ground floor to the left is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and to the right is a comfortable lounge area.

The central staircase takes you to an individual double bedroom and en-suite at each end of the house.

Grounds

At the top of the property an outdoor kitchen/entertaining area is being created. There is a separate garage with potential to create this into another accommodation (subject to permissions). Further down the large grounds is an old stone-built ruin which could become utilities building if you wished to develop a campsite business.

The historical town of Le Dorat is bustling with activity boasting restaurants, cinema, school, supermarket and train station. Every Thursday evening the farmer’s market is held in the central square and during Summer there is a fortnightly town BBQ where the community comes together to eat and enjoy music.
