Location-wise, this pocket of Forest Hill is incredibly quiet and very popular; it’s very residential but is only 0.5 mi or 12 mins (according to Google Maps) away from Forest Hill Station. There’s plenty of open green space nearby, with Mayow park being nearby. The local schools are highly regarded, and shopping is well catered for, with Forest Hill’s Dartmouth Road being nearby, as well as East Dulwich’s Lordship lane offering a great selection of independent shops to browse. Bell Green retail park is also close by, with a large Sainsbury supermarket, a large pet 4 homes with vets, an Aldi, and a large B&Q.
