Our neighbourhood is friendly and peaceful, we all look out for each other and take parcels in for each other, we wish we could take them with us! A separate WC downstairs and upstairs is particularly handy when visitors are visiting and don't want to go upstairs, the separate toilet on the landing is ideal when relaxing in the bath and not wanting to be disturbed. Leisure facilities like Stevenage/Knebworth golf club, Odyssey health club and Hooks Cross equestrian centre are all only a short drive as well.

Ricky’s view - Nestled centrally within a mature, secluded and sizeable CORNER PLOT is this imposing double fronted and extended 1950's detached family home. Well proportioned and flexible accommodation throughout is found throughout. If you work from home there's an office, if the whole family doesn't want to watch the same TV on top of the office and lounge there are two other reception rooms, if you like your classic cars a double garage is provided to store them and four fair sized bedrooms shouldn't cause arguments between the kids. Upstairs all four bedrooms can house double beds with ample storage too. But if the house isn't big enough, subject to planning permission an extension over the garage could be built. The lawn area is enclosed with mature deep borders with a variety of flowers and mature shrubs and there is also a timber cabin with light and power which is used as a Gym by the current owners. And if that isn't enough the property is within a walking/staggering distance from the THE CHEQUERS, on your way home the new shops in Peckers serves up great flavoured chicken and One stops is really useful for those evening treats.
