Description

Positioned on a lovely modern development this detached four bedroom home was newly built in 2018 and offers circa 1353 square feet, excellent presentation, single garage and a south facing landscaped garden

Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

This home was built as part of the recent Redrow development of Weaver Park in 2018 and as such enjoys an excellent position within Hartford village. There is easy access to walks along the river or the lovely beer garden at Hartford Hall, as well as the popular local schools, great commuter routes and further amenities Hartford has on offer.

The home itself has undergone numerous improvements, not only at the point of purchase with premium upgrades direct from Redrow but also since taking the keys such as when the owners had the rear garden professionally landscaped or when they redecorated throughout and fitted some beautiful panelling to help bring some character to the home. Thanks to these efforts the home can be enjoyed by the new owners straight away and with added peace of mind that the NHBC warranty is still in place until 2028.

Internally the property begins with the entrance hall and cloakroom. The living room sits at the front of the home and has a central fireplace feature with a connection for a log burner to be installed. At the rear of the home is the terrific open plan kitchen, dining and living space. This is perfect for family life and comes to an impressive 330 sq. feet with plenty of natural light filtering through from the large windows and double doors that open on to the south facing garden. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer connections complete the ground floor.

On the first floor can be found the four bedrooms. The master bedroom is of particular note being of great proportions, benefitting from fitted wardrobes and served by a stylish en suite with walk in shower. The second bedroom is also a comfortable double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, the third offers another double bedroom whilst the fourth could function as a single bedroom or home office as required. All three spare bedrooms are served by the main family bathroom which has a full-size bath with shower fixing above.

The home has a lovely appearance from outside with gardens to the front running along the driveway that leads through to the single garage. The rear garden is definitely a highlight thanks to the landscaping work that was completed which included an artificial lawn to allow for ease of maintenance. Being South facing this garden gets a terrific amount of sunshine and there are two patios allowing you to follow the sun later into the evening.
