The area is very vibrant with plenty of bars and restaurants. Westfield is a short walk away for world class shopping.
The flat is very secure and in a peaceful area. We have always felt very safe. To add to security there is a new state of the art heat detection system in the building.
Transport links are excellent and it is an easy commute into the centre of the city and both Heathrow and Gatwick are easy to reach. There are also plenty of cyclehoop facilities in the vicinity for storing bicycles.
Inside the flat we have double glazing in the living room and triple glazing in the bedroom, so it is very quiet. Our energy is all electric and our bills are also way below average. We also have an air conditioning system   fitted for warmer days.
The living room includes space for a work station and working from home, and we have fibre broadband with excellent speeds.
There is a surprising amount of room for storage. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and smaller wardrobe and three separate cupboards containing 11 drawers altogether. 
We have invested in a shower pump to create an  excellent strong flow of water for a top floor flat.
