IF YOU LIVED HERE...

Climb those wonderfully statuesque steps and step inside. First stop will be your striking, 180 square foot front lounge, flooded with natural light from that glorious knee-to-ceiling bay window, dressed head to toe in bistro shutters and framing an elevated leafy green vista. Blonde hardwood floors and pristine white walls complete the bright, warm welcome.

Next door your bathroom features classic chessboard tiling underfoot, finished in a mix of white tilework and mint green, while your bedroom's a covetable double with garden view. Head down the modest secondary hallway and the blonde hardwood gives way to classic terracotta tiling in your kitchen, decked out with a generous suite of glossy white cabinets.

Outside and Finsbury Park's 'New River' (actually opened in 1613) is just moments away, for a tranquil riverside stroll all the way to Finsbury Park itself, a little over half a mile away. Here you'll find acres of open greenery, an outdoor gym, tennis and basketball courts, a duck pond and cafe. Perfect for picnics and fitness alike, it's a wonderful spot to have right on your doorstep.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER...

"I have had the best time living at The Trees these last 10 years. It has been amazing watching the transformation of the surrounding area, from the Woodberry Wetlands through to new bars and coffee shops on my doorstep. The short walk to Stoke Newington Church Street and Clissold Park is lovely to do on a dry, sunny day and you've also got nearby Finsbury Park and Hackney Marshes, so you're never short of green space. Perfect for any runners like me! The biggest bonus to living at The Trees though has to be the residents. It attracts a lovely group of young professionals who all work hard to maintain the integrity of the buildings and who are known to meet up for stoop drinks and head to the local pub on occasion. Some of my best friends are the people I have met since living there. It's also important to give a shout out to Simon who is the Director of The Trees freehold and who does an incredible job of ensuring the maintenance of The Trees and the safety and security of all residents. It has been the best home and it's exciting to pass the baton on."
