Kitchen area with: 2 burner electric hob; combination microwave oven/grill; fridge with ice compartment; sink with mixer tap; kettle; toaster. Ensuite with: toilet; shower; basin; mirror cabinet; shaver light. Also a TV is available on request at no charge (obtaining a TV Licence remains the responsibility of the tenant).

The Artisan is in central Bournemouth, close to the town centre, beaches and nightlife. The Lansdowne Campus is a short walk away and there is a dedicated bus direct to the main Talbot Campus.

Our common room includes a big screen tv, foosball table and retro arcade machine (both are free to play). There is an on-site coin-operated laundry room. Our friendly reception team are on site during office hours Monday to Friday and can help with directions, answering questions and signing for your deliveries ¿ for you to collect later.

For your peace of mind contents insurance is included through student specialists Endsleigh. Up to £7,000 contents are covered with a £2,000 limit for computers (check the policy documents for full details).
