DESCRIPTION
Woodbarn Cottage offers a rare opportunity to purchase a rural property, situated in a peaceful location, which offers the potential for enlargement/redevelopment, subject to all the necessary consents. The existing single storey house is reported as having significant structural defects and therefore requires substantial repair and refurbishment, or demolition. The property is set within a private garden which includes an entrance drive and, as a whole, includes a paddock and an area of woodland. Whilst the property is being offered as a whole, the vendor will consider selling as separate lots. Lot 1 comprises the house and garden extending to approximately 0.35 of an acre and Lot 2 includes a paddock and some mature bluebell woodland, in all extending to about 2.04 acres.

Partridge Green is within a mile, with some local facilities. More extensive facilities can be found in Henfield, about 2.5 miles to the south. Henfield which has a vibrant community with a High Street of shops and inns together with churches, library, leisure centre, modern medical centre and primary school.
