MY OPINION: You're somewhere else, everything is beautiful, it's a "real" country house. Far from the noise, you're out of sight, right next to the centre of Houssay. The property is spacious and bucolic, with a small guest house. The interior is made of tufa stone. PVC double-glazed windows replaced on the entire north facade. Single glazing elsewhere. Wooden shutters on the ground floor. Mains drainage. Electric heating and wood-burning stove heating the living room. Hot water tank. Slate roof. Property tax: 1169 m². Fibre optic cable installed.
MY ADVICE: You are close to everything: shops: bakery, grocery shop, primary school, restaurant. The Villiers-sur-Loir train station is 12 minutes away by car and Paris Montparnasse is 42 minutes away by TGV. The property is 58 km from exit 5 of the A11 (La Ferté-Bernard) and 43 km from exit 17 of the A10 (Blois). It would be perfect for Parisians looking for peace and quiet and an escape for a weekend or even a holiday. Rare in the area, really (hurry)!
