This villa with pool stands between the popular 18-hole golf courses of Gramacho and Vale da Pinta. There are wide views over the golf courses from the ground floor and the upstairs terrace. Formally, the villa has 3 bedrooms, but in practice there are 4 spacious bedrooms. Two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. In 5 minutes, you drive to charming Ferragudo with its most beautiful beaches and fine restaurants. On the golf course there is a small supermarket, within 5 minutes by car you will find several large ones, including Lidl, Apollonia and the Intermarché. With a taxi ferry or via the bridge you cross the Arader River to Portimão with its marina and big-city amenities such as cinemas, a marina and the renowned Praia da Rocha with its nightlife. Faro airport is a 45-minute drive away.
