The train station is a 10 - 15 minute walk with both the hospital and university close by.

The rent includes all bills including council tax, water, electric, gas and broadband. A cleaner will come every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

This house is for professional sharers and reference checks will be required. The minimum let will be 6 months.
