A welcoming reception hall, with access to an insulated loft via a foldaway ladder, leads to all the of the principal rooms and on the south west side is found a very smart refitted kitchen breakfast room with appliances built in, plenty of units and works surfacing including an island unit with bistro bar. Double doors open into the double aspect sitting/dining room which has a modern log burner in one corner and doors into the conservatory which is a great place to sit and enjoy the gardens and take in the surroundings. The main bedroom has ample space for wardrobes and of recent times the en suite has been refitted in contemporary fashion including twin head shower. There are two further bedrooms one of which is currently used as a study. Finishing off the accommodation is the refitted family bathroom again finished in a modern style with twin shower head.

The gardens are a true delight with lawn, stocked beds and borders and several spots to just sit and be amongst nature and in one, is a terrace ideal for al fresco entertaining.
