LOCATION

45 Gorstons Lane occupies a semi rural location on the edge of Little Neston, towards the southerly end of the Wirral Peninsular, and is just 10 miles to the west of the historic city of Chester. Little Neston has a small parade of shops providing local services, with a wider range in the market town of Neston which is within a couple of miles. Chester offers more comprehensive services complemented by out of town of retail parks including The outlook village at Cheshire Oaks.

Schooling in the area is well provided for with Woodfall Primary, which is rated Outstanding by Offsted, within short walking distance of the property, as is Neston High School. Additionally, there is Wirral Grammar Schools for boys and girls, West Kirby, Upton Hall, St Anselms and Calday, along with a good selection of private schools nearby including Birkenhead School and The King’s and Queen’s Schools in Chester.

The area enjoys excellent road communications being convenient for the M53 and M56 motorways which are 5 and 6 miles respectively allowing for ease of travel to all areas of commerce throughout the North West including the Chester Business Park, Deeside Industrial Park and Wrexham Industrial Estate. Liverpool and Manchester are within daily commuting distance and are both served by international airports, and for travel to London there is a 2 hr service from Chester station to Euston and from Neston a regular service to Liverpool.

OUTSIDE

45 Gorstons Lane is approached off a privately owned lane via a pair of gated entrances to a wide stoned drive in front of the house.
