Farnfox House is situated in the popular south Leicestershire village of Foxton. The area is well known for its scenic quality and Foxton Locks located nearby. It has a public house The Black Horse, a Parish church, village hall, school, and tennis club.

Water sports, including sailing and fishing, on Rutland Water, near Oakham and fishing on Eyebrook Reservoir near Uppingham. Educational establishments nearby are renowned with preparatory and primary education at Foxton, Bringhurst, Oakham and Stamford, whilst secondary education is available at Market Harborough, Uppingham, Oakham, Stamford, Oundle and Leicester.

Approached from the quiet village lane, Farnfox House has a neatly arranged fore garden with a pathway leading to the front door and is enclosed by low picket fencing. The recently paved driveway offers parking for up to three vehicles in front of the detached single garage.

The extremely private south-west facing rear garden can be accessed from the house or driveway and comprises a lawned area, large stone patio with pergola and BBQ area making a fabulous summer entertaining space. There are various useful storage areas, and the garden is completely enclosed by timber fencing and high hedging.
