Les Deux Alpes is a ski resort in the French department of Isère, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The village sits at 1,650 m and lifts run to 3,600 m. It has the largest skiable glacier in Europe and is France's second oldest ski resort behind Chamonix. It has the longest, normally open full on-piste vertical available in the world. It is a 71 km drive southeast of Grenoble.

If you're thinking about Les Deux Alpes weather, you'll find the snow conditions are excellent, with the glacier enjoying a very long season. You'll find an average of 36.2cm snow per week, with an average of 3.6 snow days per week.

You'll find lots to do for non-skiers in Les Deux Alpes, with an excellent choice of shops to visit, in addition to two bowling alleys, a cinema, a full-sized ice rink, swimming pool, plus lots of spas and beauty salons.
