It is readily accessible to the University and town centre and has all amenities within walking distance. It is situated toward the end of a cul de sac and so there is no through traffic and has on street residents parking.

We are now looking for either a group of professionals such as our current group of friends who came through uni together, or a group of students who are looking for a home from home. Viewings can be arranged to suit your needs. but I would say to book early as it is a popular house and over the years the first viewers have almost always taken it.
