Owners comments...

We were initially attracted to our home on Spencer road for it's spacious open plan layout that allows all of the natural sunlight in. We moved in just as the town regeneration was finishing and the Lexicon opened. The town is within walking distance and has so many restaurants and shops to offer adding to the attraction.
The area has everything we wanted and needed with a growing family from the shops and takeaway options up the road to Jocks lane park a short walk away!
It's a really friendly street and we've absolutely loved living here and starting our family. We hope now a new family can build as many happy memories as we have here!

We've seen this style of house remodelled just about every way possible and we really like how the downstairs works with this one! You have a lovely entrance hall and then a semi open plan layout that's ideal for being able to keep an eye on the little ones, whilst also having a nice place to escape away from the toys once they've gone to bed. If you're looking for a sun trap of a garden, then that's exactly what you have here - it's surprisingly private and west facing, so gets the sun all day long. Upstairs has three really good size bedrooms, two of which are doubles and a third big "L" shape single room - the family bathroom is in lovely condition, and there's an en-suite shower to bedroom two as well. On top of all that there's driveway parking for 2-3 cars, and plenty of additional parking locally if you're having friends and family over.

Area comments...

Spencer Road is tucked away in Priestwood, only around 1 mile from Bracknell town centre & train station - there's an excellent BP M&S at the end of the road for those daily essentials and Binfield Village is around 1 mile in the opposite direction as well. The Admiral Cunningham pub is stumbling distance away, and they have a great children's play area as well as plenty of events and social gatherings peppered throughout the calendar. If you need to commute then accessing the M4 via the A329M is only around a 5 minute drive away too. Bracknell has tons of parks and nature reserves scattered throughout and there is so much to explore, as well as being close to plenty of schools too!
