We love living here, in fact we don't want to move ! But due to one of my children's needs we have decided it would suit us to move.

We loved the feel of Bure Park, unlike other areas the front door is not directly on the road and we have a good sized front garden, we love the fact we could get both cars on the drive without having to move them constantly. We loved the feel of the entrance hall and how open and spacious the house felt. We have two great little parks right by our house and the nature reserve is a short walk away. Bure Park also has plenty of walks and cycle paths around which the kids have loved. Pub, chemist, takeaways, shop and school are only a ten minute walk away.

Living on the estate myself I truly appreciate what a nice place it is to live. The nature reserve is a tranquil oasis yet is only a 20 min walk from town. This home is perfect for moving straight into, with no building work needed, no kitchen or bathrooms to replace, just simply walk in and put your own furniture in. Simple. The owners have only just replaced the boiler and windows (at the end of 2023), so you have the security of knowing you have no major financial surprises to come. Tastefully decorated throughout, with new flooring in the majority of the rooms, and the added benefit of a playroom just off the kitchen - great to keep all the kids toys in one place whilst keeping an eye on them as you cook. Being on a corner plot, the garden does offer a rare degree of privacy not often found with other similar homes.
