Entering the apartment, you have the kitchen to the rear of the apartment and the lounge towards the front. From the lounge you have sliding glass doors leading out onto the terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and also a lateral door onto the terrace. This door also provides additional natural light into the apartment.

There is a breakfast bar between the kitchen and the lounge and all the usual amenities in the kitchen for cooking. Off the lounge is the large, double-bedroom which has fitted wardrobes and also has access to the terrace from patio doors. The bathroom has a bath with a shower and is also generously sized.

The whole apartment feels very spacious with and has one of the largest terraces of any apartment in the Granada park complex.

There is an on-site rental programme which owners can opt into if they wish or they can keep their apartment for they own personal use and that of their friends and family. It is not possible to obtain a Viviendas Vacacional (VV) license in the complex.

Viewing this property is only possible at very specific times as the property is rented to holidaymakers so please arrange viewings in advance. (Don´t call the day before you´re due to fly home for example….)

About Granada Park

The complex is one of the newest in Los Cristianos and has been built as a hotel offering all inclusive holidays. It therefore has lots of facilities for tourists including two large swimming pools, a children's pool, entertainment, reception, a very high standard of maintenance, a bar and restaurant, an on-site supermarket… the list goes on.

Granada Park is located above Los Cristianos so is around a 15 minute walk away from the main bars and restaurants as well as the beach. However there is a free courtesy bus service running at scheduled times into and out of the main resorts.

Within a 5 min walk you have the Parque Santiago VI shopping centre where you have plenty of cafes, restaurants a large well priced local supermarket and banks.
