This farmhouse, has been completely renovated respecting the characteristic details typical of this this type of building; original chestnut rafters and exposed masonry on the first floor, ceilings with exposed wooden beams, rafters, terracotta, original stone lintels over doors & windows.

This rustic style property, set on two levels, has been divided into three holiday rental units.

Apartment 1: accessed on the ground floor and consists of kitchen/dining room, bedroom and bathroom;

On this same level we find a service room for the property.

Apartment 2: located on the first floor is accessed via the upper patio. The unit consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, then via an internal staircase we go up to the second floor where there we find another bedroom and a bathroom. There is a large room used as an office come storage room which could become another bedroom.

External spaces: the building has spacious stone-paved patio areas and a newly renovated wood-burning pizza oven. These spaces are ideal for outdoor living complemented by the truly unique views.

Pizza oven is located in a small building the basement of which serves as a storage space.

The property is called ' il Colle' meaning 'the crest of a hill'. It is set within large garden terraces and lawns that enjoy a high degree of privacy. Il Colle is within walking distance from the village of Vergemoli.
