This chalet is ideal for someone seeking the luxury of a contemporary home in a quiet but accessible location along the river in Les Praz. The modern design includes a spacious living area with huge sliding doors onto the large south-west facing terrace. A fantastic and unique chalet.
Location
The chalet is located in La Plaine des Praz, on a peaceful semi-pedestrianised walking/cycle path that runs the length of the Arve river. It is located 5 minutes from the tennis courts and swimming pool and an easy 10-minute walk into the centre of Chamonix with its restaurants, shops and bars. The village of Les Praz is a 15-minute walk in the opposite direction where there are local shops and restaurants and the Flégère gondola for access to the Flégère - Brévent ski areas. Regular buses run from near the chalet to all the ski areas in the valley.
