The landing has exposed brickwork to the front wall with an arched leaded light window. The master bedroom and bedroom two both have fully tiled en suite bath/shower rooms and also have fitted wardrobes.

Annex and Gardens

The two bedroom detached annexe has an open plan kitchen/sitting room with fitted kitchen and wooden style flooring. As well as the bathroom on the ground floor, there is an additional washroom on the first floor. The gardens are mainly to the rear with a large patio seating area and lawn with views to open fields. There are three sheds, one with power, and driveway parking for approximately eight vehicles.

Situation and Schooling

The rural Hertfordshire hamlet of Chipping is just 1 mile from the market town of Buntingford. London is accessed via either the A1 or A10 and there are regular train services to King’s Cross from Royston and Liverpool Street from Broxbourne. The local towns of Buntingford and Bishop’s Stortford offer a wide range of amenities including boutiques, public houses and restaurants. There is a good range of schools in the area including both the Layston and Millfield Primary Schools, the Edwinstree Middle School and Freeman College Upper school.
