Roko Health Clubs, Chiswick, Kent, Nottingham & York

The portfolio comprises a collection of three long leasehold and one short leasehold assets. The leasehold properties have been operated under the Roko brand and generate trading revenue from memberships, concessions, day nurseries, beauty treatment rooms, swimming lessons, personal training and studio hire.

The health clubs have been operated successfully as individual venues and could be operated as independent enterprises, or integrated into existing health and fitness groups where geographical opportunities allow, or where operating synergies arise. Alternatively, the four sites could be purchased as a group to form the basis of a new independent group operation.

Each club comprises a fully equipped operational entity but also offers significant potential for enhancement with strategic capital investment, which would unlock substantial income and capital value.
