The house is in a protected hamlet of outstanding natural beauty. It's within close proximity to the World famous, and very beautiful, Mijas Pueblo. The Pueblo is a vibrant village, famous for the Donkeys in the town centre, but also home to one of the oldest Bull rings in southern Spain.
The proud local residents and local Council ensure the village is beautifully maintained, making it a vibrant and charming place to be.
The wonderful position of the house gives you good access to all areas of the coastline including Malaga, Marbella, Gibraltar, Estepona, and further afield to Granada and Seville, amongst many others.
MALAGA AIRPORT is a convenient 25 min drive from the house. (Approximate)
There is much to do here with many of the Costas most famous venues being so close by. The ever lively Fuengirola is the closest main town and has all the essential shopping facilities, including beaches and a marina. Benalmadena marina is one of our favourite evening treats.
INSIDE. The upper level of the house has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people. 1x Master Ensuite, 1x double / twin, and 1x Single, all with air conditioning.
A family bathroom with shower is conveniently positioned off the main hall serving the single and double / twin bedrooms.
The large air conditioned open plan lounge is a cool haven during the summer, especially if the patio doors are opened up to allow the gentle breeze through the house. Brand new retractable Mosquito nets have been fitted to all entry doors for comfort.
There is a very good broadband provision to the house enabling PC and TV connection etc.
There is a small snug room just off the lounge and kitchen, originally a dining area, but it also makes a nice place to sit quietly and play games or read a book.
The kitchen is fitted with a well appointed Bosch kitchen. Miele and Bosch appliances have been fitted and are all in perfect order. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with separate sink, washing machine and vented tumble dryer.
Take either of the two outside staircases down to the lower pool level and you will find a stunning guest suite with private bathroom and it's own patio close to the pool.
Take a seat or sunbed on the wonderful sun terrace with those incredible views and a cane covered pergola, perfect for a lazy day by the pool! Electric points are provided for phones, Ipads etc, with Wifi connection from the house.
An additional toilet and handwash sink serves the pool area, and it's in this room that the large hot water tank can be found.
A lockable double door storage room, next to the toilet, houses all the pool equipment, sun beds etc
Hot water is provided by the very efficient solar panels below the pool area, and when the sun doesn't shine, the electric immersion heater takes over.
The swimming pool pump room has just been fully refurbished. The pool has been pre installed for heating of the water, but we have never felt the need for it.
The pool has been professionally maintained for all the time we have owned the property.
There is a large lockable single garage to the front of the building, and a side gate that could allow further vehicles to park to the side of the house. There is sufficient space for 2 cars on the upper level to the front door, and a further 2 spaces to the front and side of the garage.
The front of the house has a very appealing look with it's elegant 150+ year old Olive tree.

FROM THE OWNER. We have private reasons for having to sell the house, but there is something very special about this family home. Originally built by a German developer, the house has proven to be of an outstanding build quality. Everyone who visits the house falls in love with it and wants to return year after year, it's just one of those friendly places that's a haven, and a delight to own.
