Description

Well presented three-bedroom bungalow in a peaceful location with little passing traffic, in the hamlet of Badnellan near Brora. Far reaching views across neighbouring croft land to the sea.

Rhidarroch is a well presented three-bedroom bungalow which sits in good sized garden grounds. The property has spacious, well laid out accommodation and offers excellent family living space. It is decorated in neutral colours throughout, is fully double glazed and has oil and electric heating.

Rhidarroch is accessed from the driveway by a path which weaves through the front garden to steps to the front door.

The UPVC door opens to a vestibule which in turn leads to the hallway. The hallway is spacious and currently used as an office area.

To the left of the hall is the sitting room which has a window to the front enjoying far reaching rural and sea views. There is a central feature of a brick fireplace with a slate and open chimney.

To the right of the hall is the dining room which has plenty of space for a large dining table. There is a window to the front again enjoying the views. A sliding door leads to the breakfast kitchen where there is a good range of oak effect floor and wall units with a granite work surface. There is a built in Bosch dishwasher and NEFF electric oven and grill with extractor over and a free-standing Hotpoint fridge freezer. Dual aspect windows to the front and rear offer plenty of natural light.

A door opens to large utility area which again has floor and wall units offering plenty of extra storage space. There is a Hotpoint tumble dryer and Aquarius washing machine. A WC sits off the utility room.

A glazed door takes you to the sunroom which is fully glazed and enjoys views over the front garden and also has a door to the front garden.

Another door takes you from the rear of the kitchen to the conservatory, which is again, fully glazed, and has a door which leads to the back garden.

Returning to the main hallway and a door opens to an inner hall which has a built-in storage cupboard. Access is gained to two double bedrooms and a shower room. Both bedrooms have windows overlooking the back garden. The shower room is fully tiled to the floor and walls and has a WC, wash hand basin and large shower with wet well panelling around and a mains pressure shower.

The master bedroom is accessed from the main hall and has a window to the rear and built-in floor to ceiling wardrobes. It has an en-suite bathroom with WC, wash hand basin, bath with tiling around and shower over and bidet.

Rhidarroch has a double garage to the side. A gate leads to the front garden where a gravel path runs up to the front steps. The front garden is planted with cottage garden plants and mature ornamental bushes. From the driveway there is a gated entrance to the rear garden which is mainly laid to lawn and bounded by stock fencing. A separate area of lawn lies to the side and this is fenced and secure.
