From here there is only one word and it is Wow!!! The extension has created this much needed family room/living suite and it is amazing. At 22 Fox Lane you will soon be enjoying more time with those that really matter and that is priceless. The room starts with a herring bone lounge area where there is space for a large L shaped sofa which our sellers' have loved throughout their time here. You really enjoy the room from here and can sit back and enjoy TV or a film.

The appliances include a stainless-steel fan assisted oven, a microwave oven and integrated dish washer. The cooking station has rightfully been incorporated into the island and comprises of pan drawers, an induction/electric hob and stainless-steel extractor that projects from the ceiling.

This beautiful room, and it is beautiful, benefits from a skylight window and a further glazed window for maximum natural light in addition to the sliding patio doors that flow onto the large Indian Stone patio which is just as impressive in its own right. there are no cables to the TV as they have thoughtfully been inset into the wall and the array of recessed lighting really brings all three sections to life throughout the evenings. On a finishing note, comes a mention of the breakfast bar that has been incorporated into the island and to the pantry that we have included in our photography - complete with its own light.

Moving upstairs and you have three bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys an outlook over the long garden and the surrounding greenery of which there is a lot. Bedroom two is a double and three is a good sized single. Both of these front facing bedrooms enjoy an outlook over the pleasant neighbourhood and the Countryside that is over to the right.

For the upstairs this just leaves the bathroom which comprises of a corner glass and tile shower cubicle with double doors and a chrome thermostatic drench shower with hand shower attachment. There is a deep panelled bath with chrome mixer tap mid-way, a basin set on a two-door timber vanity unit and a low-level WC with water saving options. The recessed tiling really brings out the warmth in the tiling which was definitely the right choice.

The garden is definitely the place to be on a sunny day. We have already spoken about the substantial patio and as you can see from the pictures, there is plenty of space for a suite. Matching steps lead onto a lengthy section of lawn where a variety of colour runs along both sides to the end. The garden has been kept simple to minimise maintenance time which means more time to yourselves.

Last and definitely not least is the Garden Room. It was the missing link and a fine addition to this beautiful garden. Here you have a place to escape and enjoy the natural outlooks with the ambience and warmth of a stove.
Made to last from high quality materials, there is recessed lighting, a wall mounted TV with concealed cabling, WIFI, heating and a timber floor. There is external down lighting that runs the front and side and it looks fantastic at night!

There are only two more things to say. The first is that with the village, the surroundings and number 22 itself is that you have a real winning combination that you will be hard pushed to find anywhere else. The second is to call now and book a viewing as this beautiful home is unlikely to be on the market for long.
