From Junction 8 of the M20, follow the signs to Leeds Castle on the A20/B2163. Proceed through the village of Leeds and, upon reaching a staggered crossroads, turn left onto the A274. Continue south on the A274 for approximately 5.1 miles, through the village of Headcorn, and turn left onto Smarden Road (signposted Smarden/Egerton). After 2.6 mile, turn left at the T-junction onto Bell Lane (signposted Smarden). After 0.2 of a mile, turn right onto Water Lane. Continue for 0.7 of a mile and turn left onto The
Street. Continue for approximately 0.3 of a mile, through the centre of Smarden and, just before Smarden Charter Hall, turn right onto Chessenden Road. The electric gated entrance to the property will be found on the left-hand side.
