Trumpington is a village. Fight me. It can’t be anything else or it wouldn’t have a village hall. Not very many years ago it felt like one too, but since 2013 a wonderful new community has grown up around it, linking it into the city and turning it into a bustling, self-contained suburb. It is exceptionally well located for access into the Addenbrooke's campus, out to the M11 and into the city by car, bus, guided bus, one of a few purpose built cycle routes, or even an enthusiastic walk.
