Our opinion
This is a perfectly maintained chalet on a very pleasant, private and tranquil plot. The garden is beautifully presented with great views and not overlooked. However, there is plenty of additional potential which adds genuine value to the property - whether simply a conversion of the existing boiler room into a 4th bedroom, an extension of the chalet or building a 2nd chalet to the side of the existing one.

Location
The chalet is in the Saint-Antoine area of les Houches, a residential area of mostly individual chalets close to the forest. There are several non-constructible areas surrounding the property, ensuring the tranquility.

Chalet Antoine is up on the slopes above the village, a 3-4 minute drive or a little under 20 minutes on foot.
