We have lived in lower Earley for 18yrs and have loved living here. We have done so many alterations to the house garage conversion space, open plan kitchen dining, loft space. This house is extremely special to us and we have such wonderful memories. Short safe walks to Maiden Erlegh school and Loddon primary school- where all of our children have thrived. Wonderful neighbours, Short walk down to the river loddon with lots of green space which is perfect for children and walking the dogs. This house has worked well for our big family but now we have decided to reallocate and join other family members.

Where to begin?! The owners have done an outstanding job with renovating this place - every room feels huge, and it's hard to believe it all fits! Firstly you've got a huge entrance hall with the loo to the right, and then understairs storage with your utilities right in front and the staircase a lovely feature as soon as you walk in. The hallway is open into the absolutely huge kitchen - there's an island, room for seating, dining and even a naughty corner! You've also got side access into a courtyard garden here. Beyond that the house has been extended into a family room which works perfectly as a TV room, playroom, snug.. whatever you need! The first floor has a lovely baththroom & three bedrooms - two doubles and a good size single - and what was once a fourth bedroom, has been opened to create a dressing/storage area that works really well. The loft has been converted to create a bonus room to use however you wish. You've also got a low maintenance garden, the garage has been part converted to create a home office at the back, with storage at the front, and driveway parking.

Ilfracombe Way is tucked away within Lower Early and benefits from fields and greenspace right at the end of the road. Lower Earley has so much all close by, with a small walkway that will take you up to Maiden Place shops, with Sainsbury's local, a cafè, pub and some great takeaways, along with other amenities. You have ASDA and Chalfont shopping complex only a few minutes drive and easy access out onto the M4 or A329M. The location is also great for schools, with Hawkedon Primary School just a minute walk away, along with others within Lower Earley which is why this area tends to be popular for families.
